We installed the Track Blinds for an 8’ patio door. This is the second set we installed. The blinds are of high quality and once we finally got them up, they looked very nice. However getting the track to “clip” onto the brackets was extremely difficult. The video made it look sooo simple. But i think that unless the brackets are 100% level, you can not get all the brackets to successfully clip on to the track. Next time I would purchase an infrared leveler and maybe we would have better luck. The brackets are individual to pre-attach to the wall and then you clip the track in place. But this is not easy. I think it would be easier if the brackets were pre installed on the track with enough room to get a drill into the holes to secure to the wall.or if the track could be screwed on rather than clipped. Once the track is in place, installing the blinds is relatively easy. I hope the track stays up given two of the six brackets are only partially clipped to the track.

Get the sample packet! Purchased the sliding panels for our sliding glass door. Well made, cut to specifics. Hardware included could use upgrading such as the anchors. Had to buy our own more durable anchors. Instructions could be a little better.

I wanted to take advantage of the 8% discount as I needed to buy 3 blinds. They only apply it to one blind. I am a returning customer who has bought 7 blinds already. Very disappointed that they would not give me a discount. I will search for another company next time before I buy any further blinds.

Blinds fit well and work nicely Still having trouble with limit positioning and wish there were printed instructions not online For those that are not good with that, it makes it difficult

Trapezoid shaped blinds arrived as ordered and well packed. Engineering team was diligent in ensuring fit for window and custom measurements taken. Install was straight forward having personally installed blinds in past. Blinds worked well having battery and remote channel preset at factory areas for improvement: Instructions for trapezoid install were not correct nor complete but worked thru it.

The blinds were great! and fairly simple to set up. I do wish that they came with better instructions for installation and how to set up the remote. We eventually figured it out, but we had to do lot of googling and you tube videos

I had issues with various blinds disconnecting with wifi. Customer support sent new updated motors with emailed details on how to install and re-setup the blinds. They went above to try and solve the issues I was seeing.
