You mentioned receiving "in-stock items," but we don't operate from a typical stock inventory. All our products are made to order, as stated on our website. While we sometimes have select items like Ray Guns readily available due to their popularity, most items are crafted individually. Your order took 4 weeks to process and manufacture—within our stated timeframes. We're a small team of talented artists, not a mass-production factory, and we take pride in creating unique, high-quality items for our customers.
Shipping Concerns
We understand the concern about the box being beat up; unfortunately, this can happen during international shipping. While the condition of the packaging is beyond our control, we take great care to ensure our products are well-protected inside. We're glad your items arrived in perfect condition.
