Great experience and had all of our concerns addressed. We really appreciated the honest answers and not someone just trying to sell us the most expensive piece of equipment. Plus he stayed opened late just so we could make our decision.

We visited the store and the salesperson was extremely helpful. He helped us narrow down our choices and explain various features. He was very responsive to subsequent emails and phone calls. Delivery was within the time window agreed to and the delivery men were polite and quick. I'd buy from Gym Source again.

I went to the store and checked out a spin cycle. Brian was very helpful and helped guide me to what I was looking for in a bike. I would recommend Gym Source.

I bought two pieces of equipment from GYM SOURCE and found my store experience to be good. My sales person was very helpful and the delivery persons were champions as well. The unfortunate issue is that the most expensive piece that I bought was defective and I have had a less than satisfactory experience getting the machine serviced. I was very surprised and disappointed by the lack of follow up from both the service department and the sales person. I called and emailed multiple times until I became indignant and then I got a response from the service folk. I have yet to hear from my sales person. Disappointing follow up in the after sales support department...it just should not be this hard especially when it is a brand new piece of equipment.

I purchased a Precor Spinner Shift bike from Gym Source and overall had a great experience. The sales representative was a true professional and didn't pressure me at all, which I appreciated. The delivery guys were amazing - they set up the bike in the basement of my condominium because I was running late from work, and took extra time to make sure it was set up properly in my condo. The bike is beautiful and the quality surpasses the spin bikes at any spin studio I have ever been to. Thanks Gym Source!!!

He searched for the right exercise bike for me and saw it through some difficulty getting it. Terrific customer service.
