This was our second tread mill we purchased from Gym Source. First one had a nice long life and we received great support from GS when it needed repairs. We were so satisfied with their service that we called same sales person Issac Nachbar and he guided us into selecting the right new model for our application as it was time to replicate old one. Could not be happier with the tread mill we selected and the price was competitive. Installation and delivery on time, quick, neat and clean and received follow up calls regarding our satisfaction.

I purchased an elliptical machine. The sales help was great and the machine is a commercial grade unit. It was delivered and assembled quickly and has been a great purchase. I would highly recommend buying something here instead of a big box store.

We appreciated how our representative worked with in our budget from Gym Source. Although he called us many times to see if we were still interested while we were on a family trip, he did meet our needs and made the purchase well worth it. We will hopefully use this elliptical for the next 10 plus years!

Gym Source offered the best price on True Fitness treadmills. I did most of my treadmill research online so my questions for staff were minimal. However, all questions were answered sufficiently. When I did arrive at the showroom and started looking at a higher end treadmill I wasn't pushed in that direction. I was warned about high pressure sales, but experienced none. The delivery team was excellent and removed my old treadmill. The process from purchase to delivery was excellent.
