Bought a Seated-Eliptical. It had a problem, the chest band heart monitor would not work. The store was helpful and repaired it without arguing. My sales rep, Maddie Blum was especially helpful.

I bought an expensive machine and paid a lot for delivery and installation. When they came for delivery, they didn't have all of the right parts. It then took a few weeks before they would come back to complete the installation (meanwhile they charged me in full). I was promised to be refunded half of the installation charges, and this never happened. Since I was so tired of dealing with Gym Source, I just let it go. In the meantime, I notice that one part is not installed properly. It bothers me a lot. I do not know how to fix this (and shouldn't have to - after all, I paid a lot to have it "expertly" installed). I will never recommend Gym Source to anyone I know. The folks I dealt with were nice, but the whole experience was completely unacceptable.

Nothing much better than outstanding customer service! Whenever I need gym equipment my place of choice is always gym source! The guys are always helpful and and very knowleable about their equipment. Save yourself Some trouble and go to gym source for your exercise equitment!
