I had to change my son’s address to where he’s visiting me in another state. Elaiza was able to temporarily change it without getting me confused. She was helpful and answered my questions.

My support agent at Happy Head is a guy named Alexander, who's customer service was as good as I can ever remember. If they're all like him then this is one of the best outfits in business today. Alexander was informative, responded very promptly, and most of all, honest. The honesty part is the part that's straight up out of a better time's playback. I really don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve never had a single issue with happy head. Quite the opposite in fact. I recently had to shut down a business of mine so I wanted to pause my membership. I completely forgot to do so until I got an email saying my order was going to be processed that night. I quickly emailed customer service, who got back to me the following morning letting me know that they had contacted the pharmacy to pause the order but it may still go through. The next day it did in fact go through, the order was on its way and I was charged for it. Shortly thereafter I got an email from happy head customer service again, letting me know that they had paused my subscription AND REFUNDED ME THE COST OF THE ORDER THAT HAD JUST BEEN PLACED. So I still got my happy head AND my money back. I NEVER write reviews, but in this instance I felt obliged to. So I made a trust pilot account just for this purpose. Over the top customer service and a solid product that I have seen excellent results with. My hair stopped falling out and I got a lot of hair back as well. I’m a customer for life. Great product and even better customer service!! I have tried everything to stop hair loss and regrow and nothing has worked until I found Happy Head. It’s been 6 months and I’m truly grateful.

I should’ve known better. I signed up for the subscription a few days ago and haven’t got any updates on my order. The website looks fake and shady. Customer service looks AI automated. I’m 100% sure these 5 star reviews are all fake. Stay away from this company.

Since our medication is prescription grade and therefore needs to be approved by our Happy Head dermatologists, the first order can take anywhere between 5-7 days to complete processing and begin its delivery process. Since our medication is bottled specifically for you, they aren't coming off the shelf like others might. Once the order is completed by the pharmacy, you will receive tracking information for your order shortly after! Please reach out to customer support for further assistance as well!
