Worst customer service ever by any…
Worst customer service ever by any company I have ever dealt with. It's absurd. You literally can't get in touch with anyone via any avenue of communication. My refill hasn't came after I was charged. I cant get a hold of anyone. I have tried to get in contact with someone multiple times over the course of the year. They are stealing from me at this point. Run away fast.

I'm an older person and unfortunately…
I'm an older person and unfortunately used to poor service, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I called today and talked to Alexander Aiona. This gentleman was professional, patient and not only listened intently to my concerns, but settled the issue promptly and in a friendly manner. Certainly wish all my dealings could be with someone like him!

Unable to cancel subscription
The product formula left my hair feeling stiff and impossible to manage. I had requested my subscription to be canceled 3 days ago but I have yet to receive a response that my order was canceled. It was very difficult to get any customer representatives on the phone. Someone finally answered my call and said my subscription was canceled and that I would receive a confirmation email in a few minutes. I'm still waiting for that email hours later. There is no response to my follow up text either. This is your warning to stay away from this company!

Cannot get a response from email
Cannot get a response from email, from Twitter, from Instagram, from Facebook, from ANYWHERE from this company. they took my money and won't respond in ANY way. And no phone number....

10/10 for the product and the customer…
10/10 for the product and the customer support! I lost a lot of hair due to covid, and this was the only thing that actually helped! I used it for 6 months and the growth has been Incredible! And the customer service team is great, a bottle shipped broken and they replaced it immediately. Would absolutely recommend!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I dislike that we have to call or email in order to cancel a subscription. As a customer we should be able to cancel subscriptions on our own. They never answer the phone. And it takes forever to hear back on an email. They probably do it to keep you from leaving and keep your money.

The product has mediocre results
The product has mediocre results. Very much more expensive than competitors. The worse part of all however is the customer service. No one answers calls nor do they call you back or return emails. Be careful. There are lots of other cheaper more responsive options.
