Minoxidil for women worked as well and did not smell as bad. I think they went for a mint but it smelled like weed to me. Had a hard time using it.

Hi Jennifer! Thanks for reaching out! We add peppermint oil to our Spironolactone formula in order to cover up the strong smell of the medicine, which many describe as skunk-like. At this moment, we’re unable to remove the peppermint from the formula because it’s part of its base, but you can always request to remove the Spironolactone (and peppermint) entirely if you’d prefer. One of our hair specialists will be reaching out in order to discuss other formula and subscription options that might work better for you!

I’ve had happy head for two prescription refills, and it’s been going well. I am starting to see the hairs come back stronger. Thank you!

Hi Anthony, That's amazing! It typically takes about 6 months to start seeing results. If applied 2x daily consistently, some may start seeing results in as little as 3 months. Consistency is key! Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns. You can email us at [email protected] or text us at 213-464-0214! We also gladly invite you to join our next "Ask Me Anything" with Dr. Ben Behnam, MD. You can speak with him live and ask any questions you may have. Look out for an email from us!

The product seems to be working but I as my hair is getting longer putting the drops on scalp is getting harder and the solution makes my hair greasy and hard. I think you should develop a spray instead.

Thank you for your feedback! Our doctors have found the liquid formula to be more concentrated and efficacious. Foam can’t support as much medicine. You can always add Happy head to a spray bottle but it would be hard to measure out the correct dose, compared to the dropper, and keep in mind the product is thicker which can clog the spray. Our product has Hydrocortisone and an aloe vera base to help reduce irritation. It adds a bit of texture, but it helps improve overall results. That being said, we now offer a version without aloe! One of our hair specialists will be reaching out in order to discuss your formula options, so expect a call and/or email from us!

I've been looking for a product that helped me from having to take FINASTERIDE orally, so I tried Happy Head. I was told I would see results after 6 months. After spending $79x7 months ($553), I have seen NO results...or to clarify, I have lost thousands of normal hair growth, but I have gained thousands of new hair, so I'm right back where I started. I have no choice but to now take prescription Finasteride to start a new therapy I had hoped to avoid!

Hi Mario- I'm sorry to hear that! It usually takes about 6 months to start seeing results. If applied 2x daily consistently, some may start seeing results in as little as 3 month. But keep in mind, everyone responds differently to the treatment. This is why our formula is customizable and we offer a variety of oral and topical treatment options. One of our hair specialists will be reaching out in order to discuss other treatment and subscription options. We also offer discounts on bulk orders of 3 or more bottles of topical finasteride $199 for 3 topical finasteride + minoxidil = $66.33 each (normally $237)$268 for 4 topical finasteride + minoxidil = $66.33 each(normally $316)$335 for 5 topical finasteride + minoxidil = $64.83 each (normally $474) You can set your subscription frequency to renew every couple of months to take advantage of the bulk order deals! Hope this helps!Thank you for your time.
