Have been using Happy Head serum for a long time. While it helped, I have decided to stop the subscription and see what happens. Was fairly easy to cancel although I had to call and couldn't just do it online. The call was easier and more pleasant than expected. I appreciated the professionalism and respectfulness.

I'm 56 and able to keep and maintain my hair with Happy Head. Its always a pleasure to work with the knowledgeable representatives at Happy Head, for they are efficient in providing the best quality customer service.

It is very challenging to cancel your subscription. The online chat (Where you are set when you click online to cancel your subscription) will spend some time asking you why you want to cancel and offering you discounts if you will stay with them but then in the end tells you to call the 800 number that no one answers if you still want to cancel your subscription. What a absolute waste of time.

Hi Jeff, We’re sorry to hear about your experience trying to cancel your subscription. We understand how frustrating it is to spend time going through the cancellation process, only to be directed to another channel and then have difficulty reaching someone. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re reviewing the process to make sure cancellation is as straightforward and accessible as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and the time you lost trying to resolve this. We wish you all the best moving forward in your hair growth journey!
