This is absolutely useless product and these people send wrong stuff and after selling the product, if you have any problem and when you massage they don't reply for many days. Completely waste of money.

Most customers begin to notice improvements after 4-6 months of continuous use, as hair growth naturally takes time. It’s also important to note that temporary shedding can occur when starting treatment, usually within the first 4-6 weeks. While this can be concerning, it is actually a positive indicator that the medication is working and the older, weaker hairs are shedding as the hair follicles restart the growth cycle to make room for stronger regrowth. This is likely why additional shedding was noticed. Regarding communication, we sincerely apologize if you experienced delays. The customer service is excellent. However, when I realized that my dermatologist could write the same prescriptions at a huge savings, I called to cancel my Happy Head medications. THEN, I was offered a lifetime 20% off of my orders from Happy Head. I feel duped since I’ve been a customer for 3 plus years. I wouldn’t refer this company to anyone.
