I one of the few experienced weight gain as a side effect of using the product. Singing up is easy, but canceling the subscription is not made easy. I tried to cancel the subscription when i was experiencing side effect a month and a half later. But the website asked me to talk to a consultant. So I decided to try for a month more. When my side effects effects worsened, I postponed the subcription. Usually you get a notification before the medications ship out. Thats how I was able to reschdule my subscription until I was able to consult a doctor. But when you postpone they will NOT inform you. I credit card got charged, and even though I messaged them immediately to cancel my order and informed about their system, they said they cannot cancel the order. When I reached out for a refund, they said that they only refund for the last order. But I mentioned to them how they never informed me the new prescription was going to get shipped out. So my last order should not count. I feel like I was manipulated to keep me going as long as they could. And on my end I lost money and never say a benefit. Now I've lost money on products that has affected my health, and spending more to recover. And they even refused to refund the order which I've tried to cancel. So I'd be aware getting into the subscription. All I can say is that, if you end up being one of them who has bad side effects etc I will not trust them to help you out in any way. And do read their fine print. As I do not trust their refund policy if things do not work out.

Cancelled per website, still processed product mail out and charged me. Customer service didn't care. Won't ever do business with them again, nonsense + needless hair losing stress, time, and money. The order was canceled 5 days prior, unlike Happy Head deceptive reply.

I have continued to have a very positive experience with Happy Head as a company, a product, and their customer service team. Every representative I have dealt with has worked with me to address concerns, answer questions, and make adjustments to my orders when requested. My latest experience with Elaiza C was particularly positive. She handled my requests and followed through in a timely and consistent manner. My concern was the smell I noticed from my current liposomal formula. Maybe it’s just me but it has a slightly sickly sweet smell. Other than that the product is excellent! It was a hassle free process to change the current order to another formula. The changed formula qualified fir a one-time free order with instructions to notify Happy Head of any problems or concerns with the new formulation that contains hydrocortisone. If the hydrocortisone formula doesn’t work for me for any reason I will return to the previous formulation and just learn to live with the odor. It was asked of me to address any concerns with the new formula within the first few weeks to 30 days. Very reasonable. The fact that it was so easy to address this issue gives me confidence that I will continue to use this product for many years to come. I am fortunate to have a healthy head of hair for the most part. This is a maintenance issue for me and a desire to discontinue oral finasteride. I have noticed no out of the ordinary shedding and my hairline seems to be slowly improving after just 3 months use. I only mention the state of my scalp to bring attention to the fact that I do not use the recommended 5 pumps daily. I use 3 only. This works very well for me. I also was concerned about headaches I experienced in the past from topical minoxidil. At 3 pumps a day the vasodilation that occurs has rarely given me any headaches. I am, however, amassing a backlog of product. I have 2 months now of reserve. I will reschedule out to contact Happy Head again at some point in the next few months to see if they offer a hold while I catch up. According to another review I read, this sounds like something that is possible. Hope this review helps others to make informed decisions.
