Great burgers and fries, they never disappoint me whenever I go on my lunch break for work. But I wish they still had the sliders

The Hardee's in House Springs Missouri is never good, buns always stale and food never hot but employees are always nice.

I went to Hardee’s in Clinton, Illinois everyday to get my mom a milkshake. It started out as a cup, and after several weeks, I started getting half cups! I called for a manager to come to the window, and her explanation was that the machine is premeasured to a certain level, and that’s all I got when I purchased a shake. She refused to give my money back, and offered no apology at all. I will never go to that place again, nor will I ever go to any of them!

I went to Hardee’s drive thru in Murpysboro, Il early this morning. I ordered a cup of coffee. When I got to the window he charged me $2.50. I might be a fool sometimes, but not this time. I told him he could keep his coffee. Come on Hardee’s. That price is extremely unreasonable.

The only Hardee's in Gainesville has the worst customer service. It cant be hard to put what some orders and pays for in a bag. Now, when I get home, miles away and realized I was missing three items for my order I called and was meet with attitude instead of we'll make it right. When you are in the wrong you should sit down, be humble.

I went to Hardee's at 7942 Garners Ferry Rd in Columbia SC on 5/8/2021. I ordered 3 PC CKN TNDR and they were cold. While I was looking at the menu it say that they batter them daily thinking they would be hot and fresh. My Tenders we cold and not fresh. I just want people to know that even though it says battered that it does not say hot and fresh. I wil not go back.
