I visited Hardee’s in Laurinburg NC on 5 Jan 2021, the service was horrible I am a 50 year old and those children that you have working for this particular establishment was rude and very disrespectful to include your manager which is also a child. I asked the manager for the store number in order for me to file a complaint but her response was that she didn’t know the store number and that I should look it up on the internet, I also called the franchise number that on the drive through window and I have yet to get a call the food was horrible and burnt I will never go to any Hardee’s ever again no professionalism at all from top to bottom.

Ever since Diane (The old manager), from Salem, IL told an employee to only throw out buns that a mice had ate on and not the rest, I will never respect this company. Hardees in my town gives management to roach invested trailer park trash. And expect them to keep their store clean? Half the crew don't have teeth. This happened in 2011-12.

Went to Hardee's in Evans Ga on new years Eve. Empty store except for 2 guys talking in the back corner booth. Walked up to the counter where it was blocked off by chairs to "keep me at a distance" and made a joke to the cashier about the handwritten signs stating they were out of "smoke sausage". He didn't laugh so I placed my order asking for a small frisco burger combo priced at 7.19 and placed my card in terminal. When overcharged I asked why as the manager walked by and was told that was for a large which I didnt order. She couldn't correct the price at the terminal and refund me. She rolled her eyes and tried to use a cell phone calculator to figure out what I was owed. After waiting a minute I said don't worry about it , I haven't been here in 4 years and this type of service is why. She replies "ok thanks." Neither cashier nor her the manager gave a care. I left my cup on the counter, and grabbed the bag of food and walked out. As the manager she didn't care that I wasn't happy, they got 9$ out of me either way. The managers set the standard for the store and that's why they are closing Hardee's for years. Great food but inexcusable service.

Poor customer service! Had breakfast delivered by Doordash. I was short one biscuit, so I called Hardee's. I know mistakes happen, but Hardee's would not own up with "I'm sorry that happened." I was told come back and pick up my biscuit or have the driver to come back. What made me upset was how I was told by the manager Amanda to pick up my biscuit. I tried the Monster Burger that was advertised I was disappointed because the bread was too sweet and that took away from the taste of the burger that I was expecting

We just paid way too much for a terrible breakfast. The biscuits were very hard and flattened. The cinnamon tools is hard as a rock. I had to spit it out. There is no way to digest this food. They no longer have the delicious cinnamon raisin biscuits. Unfortunately we’ve had poor quality food the las two times we ate dinner there too. Even tho we live right down the street we will not be eating at Hardee’s ever again. We will drive a few minutes further for better quality and a little cheaper price. Hardee’s is a very bad alternative to not cooking. Please don’t waste your time or money. Just cook.

We went to Hardee’s in pontotoc ms and they were out of tenders. That is so stupid to be out of tenders.

Me and my mom visited the Murchison rd hardees location in Fayetteville, NC today. We had 2 separate orders that we wanted to pay for separately. The lady at the window, Aisha, took it upon herself to pay for both orders with my mom's card. We didn't receive any straws and the hashrounds weren't fresh or crispy. This cashier, Aisha, needs to be fired.
