The item was exactly as stated on website - arrived on time - good communication from HDIS. I would order from them again!

Good customer service but the reassure products are junk. Overnight underwear are terrible. Have used them for two days and had to change in mom,s bed both days and went through five outfits. Do not buy them, they are no good.

I ordered two half-steps. The delivery was prompt. I love the half-steps because they have made it so much easier for me to enter my home with no fear of falling.
