Product is good, however I live in Alaska and find it totally unnecessary that shipping is only by Fed Ex and I have to pay extra to get a product that could just as well be shipped USPS.

&when order was not receding, checked at web site and was told it was returned to seller. Then got a notice that I was returned because something was wrong with address. However, recd pkg yesterday and it was all banged up and missing 2 items It looked like it was thrown to the side of the road. So, who’s lying about this strange occurrence??
