The ability to hear better and the skill required to properly install the devices takes some time to master! Don’t get discouraged because you have issues with “screeching” noises while properly inserting the devices! I had to constantly remind myself to relax and keep trying to get it right!

I don’t just hear part of a word
I don’t just hear part of a word, I hear the whole word. Without the hearing aids I can not understand what is being said on TV at all. I wish there were a device that would allow the tv sound go directly to the hearing aid via Bluetooth.

At 1st I had a lot of trouble adjusting…
At 1st I had a lot of trouble adjusting to being able to hear well enough to understand people. I was a thorn and felt I was being robbed. The staff was patent and kept working with me even when I came in without an appointment. What's amazing is my mind and creativity are back and they work 30+ hours between charges. Thanks for giving me a much better life!

Initial contact information on Facebook…
Initial contact information on Facebook was easy to use and quick to respond. The set-up kit was easily installed, the tech was there at the appointed time and the initial interview and testing was quickly completed. Two more communication periods during the trial period had the ears dialed in and I am pleased with the results. The tech was pleasant and patient with this old man !

Great hearing aids from Hear.com
Recently I forgot to put my hearing aids in their case before bed. My cats chewed them up and removed the part that goes into my ear! I saw an ad for hear.com and called them. The hearing aid specialist came to my house to test my hearing and fit me for hearing aids. I had 45 days to try them out and get my money back. After the first couple of days I knew I would keep them. No more tiny batteries to drop, much easier to insert in my ears, good quality speech and an app in my phone to adjust settings. All in all, an excellent product which I would highly recommend. $3000 cheaper than the old set also.

Achieve 100% hearing
With my hearing aids I was told that I could expect 100% hearing after 6 months. From having 55% hearing.

Hearing aids help but have their limits!
I have been using hearing aids for over 5 years. They certainly help but are not a panacea. Not long ago, I saw a hear.com come-on and responded. My experience is why I’m doing this review. IMHO they are NOT a hearing aid manufacturer. They are a marketing concern that pretends to be one. Steer clear of these folks. Their approach is fundamentally dishonest and, from my viewpoint, that’s sufficient evidence to pursue other avenues to meet the need. In the course of my brief engagement, I learned a lot about the rapid changes taking place in the industry and, in particular, the emerging role of AI in the technology. Unless you’re desperate to update or newly embrace hearing aids, stick with what you have until this dynamic settles down.
