Fist is the convenience of doing the visit and any adjustment in the comfort of my home. Second is the comfort of the cups on the hearing aids, which was a huge issue with the previous set of hearing aids that irritated my ears, and I seldom wore.

Absolutely wonderful experience!
The entire process was actually a fun experience. My representative and my audiologist were very professional, patient, and always able to provide me with solid answers to my questions. I feel very fortunate to have been taken care of so well. I highly recommend Hear.com.

Wish I had done it a year ago.
From the representative that I spoke with to the front office and hearing tech, the team has been wonderful. I have loved wearing these hearing aids, and recommend them to anyone who is experiencing hearing loss.

When I told the hearing aide lady that…
When I told the hearing aide lady that I have a handicap wife and sometimes I don't hear her call for me to come help her as she has fallen in another part of the home and this is stressfull and I feal bad about not hearing her needing help, now I'm able to hear her and I feel so much better that I can react sooner for her needs.

These people truly care…
These people truly care whether or not you can successfully hear again. From start to finish I had an individual who guided me through the experience of getting good hearing aids. I would highly recommend them if yiy are looking to be part of the hearing community again.

Absolutely worst experience ever.
Absolutely worst experience ever. They lied to me sayin they could get me fitted in the USVI. Talked me in to a payment arrangement from Allegro Credit. Now, almost a month later they say they cannot help me. Arleen was the Rep., who rarely responded to my calls. The worst part is: my YSA Account with my Company has expired, and I just lost $2,400..

Although we do not have any partner providers in the Virgin Islands, we do offer a Teleaudiology program that allows you to be fit from the comfort of your home. We are sorry to hear that we were unable to fit you with hearing aids and to learn about your negative experience. Please know that we refunded you $499 to your MasterCard on 12/30/22 and have canceled your Allegro contract. My initial interaction with Stan was…
My initial interaction with Stan was excellent and he was very supportive in getting me set up with hearing test and actual hearing aids. Part of the way through the 45 day trial I decided I didn’t want them for a variety of reasons and advised Stan I planned to return. Instead of inquiring into what my reasons were for returning Stan lectured me via email that really didn’t sit well with me. Terrible responsive. Perhaps if he had asked a few questions I might have been convinced to try another model etc. Very disappointed in how he responded I’ll look for another company that cares
