The salesperson was very friendly and professional. He was proficient in his explanations of hearing aids, the different types, the different pricing structures. Of course before you could make any decisions on types and price you have to see an audiologist... and he set all that up for me.. actually I was able to speak directly with the audiologist through conferencing. The salesperson had excellent followup to make sure that I was happy through the entire process. And I was and am happy with the decision I made... I had no idea how much I wasn't hearing... all started with a sales call. Thank you.

An extraordinarily fine product, and exceptionally professional support received at every level throughout this personal "life-enhancing" experience... My hearing loss had been so gradual, quietly subtle over a lifetime, 75 years to date... I hadn't really noticed anything missing, children playing, birds soaring high above, wind whipping through the trees... Such sights had always made me "feel" so very good... But then, to "hear" the sounds, those soft and warm sounds, delightful most loving sounds that I'd forgotten all about such a very long time ago... All the sounds suddenly embraced me, bringing many tears of wondrous joy to my eyes... And yes, I cried as though I was but seven years old, a happy young lad found anew... I learned about Hear.com from another customer who was completely satisfied with the entire pleasant experience. I found a local outlet and was impressed from the very first contact, to the testing, to the fitting and adjustment, to the follow up. The staff is well trained and very easy to talk to.
