After carefully reviewing your case, we can confirm that your hearing aids included a 45-day trial period, as advertised, which ended on January 28. Our records show that we received your return request on March 4, which falls outside of that trial window. While we understand this is disappointing, return requests submitted after the trial period are not eligible under the agreed terms. We also sent an SMS notification regarding the UPS pickup to help keep you informed during the process. That said, our primary goal is to ensure your hearing aids work comfortably and effectively for you. The concerns you mentioned—such as sound quality and clarity—can often be improved with additional fine-tuning. It’s also important to note that for many people, adjusting to new hearing aids takes time. Your brain needs to adapt to hearing certain sounds again, and this process can require a period of adjustment along with personalized fine-tuning. You have access to complimentary remote fitting appointments, and we strongly encourage you to take advantage of these services. Many customers experience meaningful improvements after additional adjustments, including trying different domes or programming settings tailored to their needs.
