A Mixed Bag
Our 1st 6-year photo album went well, each photo an individual jpeg, & in date order. Our 2nd 6-year album came back as a "scrapbook" -one large pdf with all the pics inside. After a discussion Heirloom sent us the individual jpegs - much appreciated - but since they had already sent the album back, the pics must have come off the pdf file, so the quality dropped (a copy of a copy?) and they were not in date order. So we are buying a scanner, will try to put the photos back in date order, & do it ourselves.

Love the Cloud option
I did a lot of research before selecting a company. This company sounded sincere and I really liked the Cloud option. I always worry about loosing a flash drive. I really like that I can pay a monthly fee and not have to worry if I download them onto my computer and having it crash. Fast! I sent the box on a Sunday and had an email that items were ready in a few days. I sent a blank tape by mistake and they tried 3 times just to make sure it was blank. Good communication too!

Fabulous service!!!!
The Heirloom staff was extremely knowledgeable and accessible! We are two “older folks” who cannot do technology very well and the Heirloom folks never made us feel stupid or hurried. The product was fabulous! Our memories are now safely saved and and easily shared. We cannot recommend Heirloom highly enough. Fantastic service. Wonderful people
