They did a great job digitizing 25+ old home movies (various formats) dating back to early 1960’s. Very efficient. Would have been 5-star if they could help improve the quality of these videos.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review, Daniel — we're truly honored to have preserved your family's memories from the 1960s. 🙏 You're absolutely right: the videos from that era often suffer from decades of wear, and preserving them before further degradation is the critical first step. That’s exactly what we’ve done — each reel and tape is now safely digitized and protected for future generations. At Heirloom, we perform a true 1-to-1 high-fidelity capture using professional-grade equipment. While we don’t apply enhancement filters by default (to maintain the original integrity of your footage), we’re excited to share that customizable digital enhancement tools — such as color correction, sharpening, and stabilization — will be available on the Heirloom platform within the next year. Thank you again for trusting us with these priceless treasures. The best is yet to come! Geoff Weber, Founder
