These four guys was great. Very hard workers!! They came expecting a 4 hour job that turned into 10.5. Fabricio, Elvin, Angel, Carlos did a great job.

We had a great experience with Helix, especially with our movers Fabricio, Carlos, and Omar! They were fast, efficient, professional, patient, and very careful with all of our belongings. They made the entire move go smoothly and were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely use them again and would specifically request this team!

This company is a huge scam, they talk a great game while they are selling you the move but when it comes time to actually move....you get rude movers who break your stuff in front of your face and when asked what happened the movers rudely said "just add it to your claim". Helix Movers and Storage destroyed thousands of dollars of my belongings, some things vanished all together with no explanation. They refused to take many of my items that Helix moving and storage clearly marked "casa" into my new place. When I asked the 4 movers to bring what was left in the truck marked casa inside, the main guy said I could choose three items to bring in the house and if I wanted any more they were going to leave all of my belongings in the front yard and not bring them to storage as was planned, discussed and paid for. And they meant it, he brought three more items into the house. Did not put them where they belonged and left me at my house moving my own stuff while they drove to my storage unit and sat doing nothing, getting paid In closing I want everybody to know that they do not honor their own contract which states 40 cents on the pound. 40 cents on the pound is nothing and helix lmoving and storage would not even honor that! They said I should take them to court when asked why they were not honoring their own contract. They never even finished the job but charged an additional 2 hours after they left when it only takes 1 hour to get back and they had me pay before they were finished when I was told and it's in the contract that payment will be taken after the move is complete. They destroyed so many items and pieces of very expensive furniture with their carelessness and some items never made it to my place.

The overall timeliness, efficiency, and professionalism was outstanding. Fabricio and Fernando were the best. Can't beat the pice and care taken with my personal belongings. Would recommend them and Helix for your next move.

Fabricio, Jovani, Jason, and Marcus were excellent. They were fast, efficient, professional, nice to work with, and they did a great job. I wish I knew about this company sooner, I would have used them for my other moves. 5 stars and highly recommend!
