My initial product import didn't upload the photos for all of the additional colors and it's impacting the success of my site. I was told through email that this would be taken care of but it's been months now and no reply.

Just about everywhere that I’ve ordered off of your site has been pretty good I’ve had one experience with a wholesaler that every one of my orders was messed up I tried to order three times and something was wrong on every order clothing and other items were very good quality but not receiving items or certain sizes was very disappointing. Overall abound is a great site to order from just have had a bad experience with one site

Abound went above and beyond to help me with a checkout problem on their site. They genuinely care about their customers. Thank you for the outreach. The tough calls to make are the ones that really matter and Abound stepped up to the plate. Kudos to Abby.

It lacks some important features to better manage the back end of the shop. Like inventory management with bulk upload instead of checking and unchecking a box. That works if you have a dozen of items, but for us with over 5000 items, it's time-consuming to check one by one.
