Supportive team with a great platform
Though we haven't had brand traction on Abound yet, the team has been so wonderful to partner with. They're very communicative, professional, and supportive and are open and candid with offering brands feedback to support their growth. I'm glad to be partnered with them!

I have had several issues with trying to get my orders delivered with the USPS. I know and understand everyone is having difficulties with lack of employees and customer service. However, Hello Abound, customer service rep Derek, assisted me throughout the last 6 weeks with my issues. He responded, he too went to the USPS to help me find my missing items and satisfactorily satisfied my problem. Thank you Derek for your great customer service! I will definitely continue to order from Hello Abound! A happy customer Pat
