I submitted a request for a nutrition consult this morning. Within a few hours, I received a very thorough response from my provider. I asked many questions, and my provider addressed every one of them. I have been getting autodrafted after requesting for you all to not autodraft me. I requested a refund and didn't get it. My prescription was never called in and then when it finally got called in and they requested more info, alpha medical never provided it. PLEASE don't draft my card anymore. Please refund me.

I was prescribed meditation for people with diabetes. The PA was denied. I asked to appeal the decision. I was told that I need lab work to show that I have diabetes. Why prescribe me this medication. Not happy about this.
