Repeated attempts to get the right dose…
Repeated attempts to get the right dose sent! No response from the provider. My pharmacy recorded 9 attempts to contact the assigned provider and never a response! I was informed that it is dangerous to be going up and down in dosage strength from the pharmacist and my assigned provider never responded!
