Alpha Medical is taking longer and longer to respond to messages. It went from 3 days to now 7 days. In this case that is past when my next prescription should have started. Either they need more help or they need to schedule the visits farther out from when the next prescription is needed. Very frustrating -

Alpha Medical is like any other business that has been overwhelmed with an influx of customers. I am one of the ones that got lost in the revisit and messages but eventually they secured my prescription and I survived. Even though I did my revisit early and was still two days late getting my refill, I still got it. I don't have a terminal illness and a little patience goes a long way. I trust they are working to staff for the increase in customers. I can't complain with 30lbs gone since September 4, 22:)
