Another great experience, fast responses on renewing meds and shipping them out quickly. I would be stuck without them.

After I filled out my assessment. I waited for the results but didn’t receive an email. So after 3 days I contacted Alpha. They apologized witch was fine. But there was also a delay in my package. My medication wouldn’t get sent. So a week later I had to remind Alpha once again. So I waited another week before receiving my medication. I hope it was just a rough start

This is my second visit with Alpha Medical and I feel that I'm taken care of as well as if I had waited in the doctor's office for an hour. Very responsive and willing to discuss options, instead of pushing one particular treatment on you.

I am so excited to have found Hello Alpha! I felt really Comfortable discussion my medical issues with the practitioner-far more so than with my doctor in person. I felt listen to, respected and I am excited to have a plan in action. I received my medicine in a really timely manner and appreciate that a follow up has already been scheduled.

Alpha Medical is great! They were quick and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
