Useful and affordable way to obtain medication with or without insurance. Definitely cuts out the hassles of requesting time off, scheduling conflicts, etc. that come with requesting refills of some medications. Alpha was a lifesaver during the pandemic and I've continued to use their services ever since. Highly recommended, I've never had any issues and communication is always prompt. Great service!

Awesome providers. Fast response and affordable.

It is well documented in my file what my insurance will cover; however, Alpha continues to submit the wrong Rx so it gets denied and then I'm asked to pursue prior authorization or cash pay. It is frustrating and time-consuming to go around and around with Alpha team members about this every 3 months, especially when the notes are in my file about what is covered and the script hasn't been changed. Please better train team members to review files to ensure this run-around doesn't keep happening.
