The communication at this company is probably the worst I’ve ever seen. They reply without actually looking into the matter in question and it’s impossible to respond back to the same person you just talked to. They say they will do something like cancelling an order and don’t cancel it.

I love everything they have done for me

I have tried a few different online services and by far, Alpha Medical is the best. They answer all my questions and address my concerns thoroughly. They are pretty quick to respond with a diagnosis which is awesome when the issue is very uncomfortable. Price of service is also excellent whether you are paying per visit or use the annual plan. They will utilize a pharmacy of your choice or can ship your medications from an Alpha affiliated one. I have had all around great experiences with Alpha Medical and will use them always.

This site is a game changer. Medical advice and help can be so difficult to get - and when you finally get an appointment with a primary doctor I've often felt that they are not even listening to me! Alpha is a game changer the virtual appointments and email are so convenient and the nurse practitioners really listen!
