This service is amazing. I stumbled upon it by accident while googling nail fungus treatments. They are a dream to work with. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, and prompt. It's so easy just having your Rx's delivered. After my first visit I signed up for the Mental Health services as well. This is so much easier than trying to coordinate time off from work, to see a provider. I'll never go back. Thank you so much Hello Alpha!

This process was very smooth and efficient. Even though I have health insurance and could have gone through the process of getting a new PCP, then a referral, etc, I'm very glad to have alternative, faster, more flexible (via phone/video/email), less-expensive health care options for situations that are easily diagnosable. I'll definitely be using Alpha Medical again.

I believe they could have a phone number so when you have a problem you can reach them easily. Having to keep leave messages in the email and by logging into your account is not good because they never respond right away. The payment processing is crazy because the minute you say you want your birth control subscription started they immediately charge the card on file . Thats fine but there's no way you can process a payment that day when there's no money on the card. They did that to me . But I didn't update my payment method until February 10th and my address so there's no way the payment was processed on February 9th with no money on the card. So they sent it to my old address anyway. That wasn't cool. I'm just glad they gave me a refund. But that will be the last time I deal with them. I had to end up getting birth control from somewhere else.
