Pretty easy process. I think the website could use a little work. The messaging process is a little confusing at least it was for me when trying to reply to the provider. Provider seems nice and helpful. It has been a good experience so far. Even though I have insurance this save me money and time. I dont have to take a day off work to visit the doctor.

This is one of those sites I thought is to good to be true. But it’s legit and it’s really simple. I really gotta give a shout out to the customer service team here. The absolute best to deal with. They get it done.

This companies customers service is awful. It takes 3 days on average to respond and there is no phone support. There is no way to contact them urgently for things that are fine sensitive and when they do respond 59% of the time it’s canned responses. I wish I could support and use them except that it took a lot of leg work on my end to get denial after denial even after I obtained the prior authorization. I don’t know if I can use them in the future. I’m kind of at their mercy by then holding a prescription refills. Sad, this could’ve been a great business if only they hired some customer service reps who could read and respond accordingly.

Customer service is phenomenal with Alpha! They go above and beyond what one might expect from an online company. The doctor does not waste my time and the medicine I am on actually works!

I love this service. It was an easy and fast process. You just answer a few questions and bam! within a few days, your meds are delivered. However, I think y’all should have used a padded poly mailer instead of boxes. It would fit better into peoples mailboxes a lot easier. I get my other Rx that way. Boxes are such a waste especially when there’s only one Rx. Anyway, just a thought to help you guys. I’m sure others would agree too. Thanks!

Took way too long to get back to me on anything. They waited until basically a few minutes after I posted this review to bother to respond to my message in the app. I had been waiting 21 hours for a response before i posted this review. The provider clearly didn’t even actually look at the information I provided about my symptoms. I think it’s ridiculous that they didn’t even bother to try to help me. I’d give them 0/5 stars if I could. If you’re looking for good online help you should try PushHealth. It’s worth the extra money. I got an almost instant response from PushHealth and the provider quickly recognized that I had a bacterial infection based on my symptoms and provided me a prescription for an antibiotic and steroids. Don’t waste your money with Alpha because they don’t care about you and won’t take the time to actually help you but they sure will take your money and put in no work for it.
