I am a fIrst time user of Alpha Medical. I found their site very user friendly. From filling out my initial paperwork and medical forms which were easy and quick and to being assigned a provider who followed up with me within 24 hours. They also worked with my insurance provider in obtaining my medications. I had several questions early on and they always answered my messages if not that same day then the following. I’ve already recommended Alpha Medical to my family and coworkers.

The pharmacy piece was a little frustrating but seeing a physician and getting prescribed was a dream. Can’t wait to keep using Alpha.

I absolutely love alpha medical, I wish I had this when I was too poor for health insurance, it would have saved me so much suffering. Now I can afford health insurance but I just love the convenience of it. Also really great for people with social anxiety or fear of doctors.
