Prescription cost for quantity you receive is outrageous compared to a competitor.

Quick and easy, which is just what I needed with a busy schedule. Would highly recommend to those with busy or odd schedules that keep getting into the doctor during regular business hours for your basic needs.

I signed up related to a nail infection; which was addressed right away and seen the other kinds of services available….and have never been more happier! So much easier to deal with than a doctors office! And they answer your messages the same day! I don’t think they have ever taken longer than 15 hours to respond! And they all have seemed soooo nice! I hope this is the future of health care!!! And I’m an RN haha

I haven’t received my results. Been over a week. Tried to login in to my account. Won’t let me in. I tried to reset password. Won’t send me an email to reply to to reset password. Took my money but won’t give me any answers.

Platform is not user friendly. Takes a long time if u have more than one issue.
