Easiest refill that I've ever done! It's inexpensive, too!

I had a slow start getting my prescription. The biggest issue was having someone work with my insurance to approve my medication. I received several duplicate response messages. After about a month I did receive my medication in the mail. Overall I am happy with the service I received, and I plan on continuing to work with Alpha for future medications. Thank you Alpha Medical Team.

Alpha has been a great service for me. It is so convenient and the staff is always quick to respond. I was nervous about using an online service but the level of professionalism gives me piece of mind.

Don’t use this service and especially do not pay for their subscription. I have never had a smooth interaction, whether it is getting a prescription for antibiotics or for birth control. They advertise as being a quick and easy way to address common medical needs but I had to go almost 2 months without prescriptions. You will pay $30 for a “consultation” where you never talk to a real person and they will ultimately tell you they can’t help you anyway. Waste of time and money.

Alpha has really helped me to stay on track with my mental health. I feel very supported by the nurses and doctors that send out messages with updates and to check in to see how I’m doing. I really hope that they come out with a mobile app soon for even more convenience.
