I love this service! I can choose many different treatment options without having to schedule an appointment with an in-person doctor, which means I do not have to take off work to get treatment. Thank you Alpha Medical!

Love this company, they always send my BC with a little gift like chapstick or a manicure set! I also love their online visit portal where you can ask medical questions to a doctor or NP and they get back to you in a timely fashion.

I received some prescriptions perfectly (birth control, Latisse, and tretinoin). 1 of my prescription (triamcinolone) was not delivered and they're telling me it was. Grateful it wasn't the $150 medication. I won't order new medicine through them because of this carelessness. Have to file a dispute with my bank if they refuse to replace the lost medication.
