I signed up for treatment in good faith and have done everything on my end in an attempt to get my medication that was prescribed. My pharmacy sent the pre-auth request 3 days ago and as of yet Alpha Medical has not submitted it to my insurance company. This means that if and when they do, I still have to wait an additional 10-15 days for a decision. I do not understand why there has been a delay on their end. I am incredibly frustrated and feel like I have been scammed.

I’ve been using the service for about a year and I’m very happy with it. They alwsys come through with my medicine. It’s very convenient.
