Alpha has been great. I signed up for the mental health side, and it was incredibly easy. I went through an "exam" of sorts, received a diagnosis and in-depth recommendations for how to proceed with treatment. All of my questions were answered, and overall I've had a great experience so far.

Asthma I tried this service to get a script for a rescue inhaler to help control my asthma, and after a simple form, I was provided with a confirmation of my script. So quick and so easy to use!!

The providers actually LISTENED to my concerns and took into account what I wanted for my care.

The communication back and forth via in site messaging was time consuming and tedious and time consuming. It was 8 days from initial consultation to actual prescription delivery, and that was after 3 days of narrowing down the best option. Overall the service was easy and friendly, but took a long time to narrow down the best options.
