Very easy to use! I was very happy with the care I received.

Prescribed a prescription for the wrong symptom. (They need to fix the wording of questions in the PCOS assessment.) Customer service is by text strings, and customer service couldn’t seem to see or keep track of what I’d asked or been told previously while trying to get prescriptions to pharmacy; twice CS referenced a completely different service than what I was using. I feel like I maybe wasted my money and time here. When I asked about the wrong symptom, I basically got a “okay, noted” from the provider, with no mention of addressing the correct symptom. So, I’m calling it. But I love the idea and hope maybe I just was a service exception.

Alpha is very through I have no health insurance they were able diagnose my disorders.

Legit website. My mental health is definitely better because of it, and their communication is timely.
