I just started using Alpha Medical and I love it. It’s super easy and it’s more than just birth control. I felt like I was listened to.

I've been a member of Alpha's mental health services for a little over a month now, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience so far. I was able to have my initial chat consultation/evaluation with a provider a very short time after I filled out my intake questionnaire, and I got the medication I needed within a week. My nurse practitioner listened to my concerns, and the platform has made it very easy to complete the necessary follow-up visits. I tried other telehealth services for medication in the recent past without success (no appointments available, customer service issues, etc.) and was very close to giving up, so I'm incredibly grateful that I found Alpha and that they were able to help me. EDIT 2/7/23: Knocking two stars off my original rating for the price restructuring. Nearly tripling the cost for people who only use your mental health services by forcing us into the Plus membership is unconscionable. I'm unfortunately looking for alternatives.

I had an issue with one of my prescriptions processing. They looked into it and fixed the problem, and changed it to a local pharmacy for me so I could go ahead and pick up the prescription since there was a delay. Very helpful overall!!
