They definitely delete the bad reviews. You can take a lot of time to write a detailed history about what is going on, but they have a ton of patients and little time so really they’re just sending you automated recommendations for the answers you fill out on a survey. I have a complicated infection and saw a physician who began treating me, but it was costly and took a lot of time. They clearly just pressed “reviewed” or clicked a box and didn’t read the detailed information I provided about why my infection didn’t respond to prior treatment so that I could receive a customized treatment. To be realistic, they can’t offer customized care with such a high volume and I understand a appreciate that, but I wish this was made clear. I even sent a message about a symptom and my answers “from the provider” were obviously just automated responses and weren’t at all specific to me (for example, it says to take a test that I’ve already taken and clearly stated is negative). I’m positive they will delete this review but hope people are aware before spending $40+ that you will not be getting customized care. If you have insurance and are able, it might be more worthwhile to spend a similar amount on a copay for a telehealth visit with a provider who actually cares about your symptoms, history and the context of your case.

Zero effort for the dr to understand me and recommend the best course of treatment. I point blank asked for best recommendation and was only asked if that is the med I want. Then my rx showed up and was only for 15 days. If you are good navigating the weight loss world alone, this program is for you.
