Super easy process to get the medical care I needed

It was so easy to get started and it's so nice to have my birth control delivered right to me, no more waiting in the pharmacy drive-thru. My next box arrived right on time before my pills ran out. I did receive a different brand of birth control this time but I don't think that makes too much of a difference, we will see. Overall I would recommend!

My company changed from one insurance provider to another. There is no easy way to update insurance with Alpha. I ended up transferring to a local pharmacy after many epically failed attempts to get my insurance info updated. First person told me my insurance only covered medical and not prescriptions. The front of the card clearly says Pharmacy Benefit and even has a phone number for the pharmacy to call along the copays for each tier. When the error was pointed out, the next person told me I had to send the info again. Then they demanded that I type it out instead of sending a photo. Finally, someone claimed it was done. The next month, I got an email that my insurance coverage was no longer valid. They had tried to file the claim with the wrong insurance. I tried to get it updated AGAIN. The individual who replied told me they don’t accept medicare or medicaid and that I would have to pay out of pocket. WHAT?!!!!???! My employer sponsored health plan from Humana is NOT medicare or medicaid. I tried to call, but the phone tree just kept looping back to the main menu during business hours. I give up. Just don’t put yourself through the pharmacy part of this. The virtual visit part is great, but the customer care and pharmacy part sucks.
