Super simple to order. Shipping was so fast! I already knew what I wanted from previous birth control. Definitely going to keep using. I wish I would of gotten a 3 months worth but that’s okay.

The whole experience has not been great. Response times are not great. The whole process really isn't that clear. My 2nd prescription was not processed correctly and ended up having a lapse in doses. The 2nd prescription came with a refill on it but I have not had any luck with it, I've actually gained weight. I messaged my concerns to my "provider" and was told that I would have to start a new appointment since it had been longer than a month since my last check in. This has not helped me at all.

I enjoy Alpha Medical's services, although I have been locked out of my account for over a month and have sent multiple messages and yet am unable to get in to update my medications. Otherwise this program is great!

Great company! Their services are incredible! They are very helpful and hands on. You can speak to anyone and they can help you with anything you need. I Highly recommend them
