Great service

Very easy to access services. I was able to enroll, converse with a clinician, and get a prescription on the same day. It’s also very affordable in regards to visit fees and membership. Being able to use my own insurance for prescriptions is convenient and shipping is fast. I’m very pleased with my first visit.

Really disappointing communication with insurance and processing insurance- had to enter information multiple times and several delays in medication as a result of poor communication that is not streamlined- had to repeat same information over weeks read by different responders. Never noticed updated card I provided- didn’t fully read messages and received several auto responses. Won’t use again.

The process with alpha medical went just as they said it would . I received my medications and I thank you very much it was not difficult at all

The process was so easy. The Nurse Practitioner gave me a list of meds, the prices, etc. I checked what was covered by insurance and shared that info with the NP. She approved it and it was here in less than a week. No in-person visit it was all done through their portal via message. I do recommend sharing all meds you are currently on as they might have an adverse effect paired with the weight loss medications. Such as anti-depressants and Wellbutrin.

I love how simple it is to get the medication I need without having to set an appointment, find the time to go and a babysitter for my kids, or bring my children, to sit in a waiting room for a 10 min doctor appointment. This is so much more convenient!
