Affordable and responds promptly. Was easy and I’m more than satisfied with the treatment I received.

After struggling to get my doctor’s office to write my prescriptions for BC and call them into the pharmacy, I decided to use Alpha. Was such an easy process. My pills arrived within 3 days of submitting my information. It should always be this easy!

This service was excellent. They were able to give me an online diagnosis very quickly and they had my perscription in the mail within a day !! Took about 5 days to get to me (there was a holiday) They respond very quickly to any questions I had !! Very greatful for this service

My favorite thing about Alpha is the quick response time. Also the fact that I don’t have to speak on the phone which I dread. The prescriptions I was given came relatively quickly but any delay was not the fault of alpha. They also provided me with resources for obtaining specialist treatment.

I used to use a different prescription service for my birth control, but the prices were always changing. One month it’d be $65 and then the next $180!! I couldn’t afford to deal with such huge price differences. Then I found Alpha Med. Their prices have always stayed the same!! Everyone on their team is helpful. They also do so much more than birth control which I love! This is the best delivery service out there for prescriptions.

This service seemed great at first for someone who is looking for a rx renewal on a medication they frequently take. Alpha seemed seamless; was easy to use and set up an account and was able to get a rx. At first alpha recommended a different medication for me, but after speaking to a health professional they switched to my usual brand. It all went wrong when alpha sent the wrong medication (not the brand discussed) to their partner pharmacy, resulting in me receiving the wrong medication. This is extremely careless and potentially dangerous. Alpha has tried to blame this on their partner pharmacy instead of admitting they caused the error. Customer service has been somewhat condescending, and I still don’t have my correct medication. Asked for a refund of the fee and no response. I could have gone to any other online medication service / doctor and had the correct medication in days or less. I am extremely disappointed in my experience and I would not recommend this service to my friends.
