Quick Service! When I needed to make a change, the response was also very quick. They billed my insurance for me - easy peasy.

So far I have no complaints. My medical provider has been more than happy to answer my questions and my requests to verify certain information. The treatments are starting to help and I am grateful to start feeling better. The staff has been nothing but kind to me. Shipping is a bit slower than promised, but USPS is swamped right now.

I love this! I love that everything is online & all at the touch of my hand with my own opinions and thoughts. Love that I can get it delivered to my door as well and customer service is sooo fast at replying!

Disappointed is an understatement. I feel taken advantage of. I asked to send my prescription to local pharmacy so it would be quicker and more affordable. (I’m a single mom, on a budget!) They confirmed my choice, and still charged me $90 and shipped a prescription and then said it was non refundable. I cannot in good conscience recommend them at all. Instead of listening and helping the patient, they’re just trying to charge as much as they can. It’s been an awful experience and I’m honestly still upset about it, and also now broke.

Alpha Medical is a great pharmacy that always gets my meds to me in a timely manner.

I love the consistent ordering (they will remind you beforehand) and I especially love the fact that if I need to skip a month, it’s never a problem. All of their products are so reasonably priced.
