The process of getting help was really really simple, and the cost was actually affordable even without insurance. They answered all my questions pretty quickly and I got what I needed within a week or so after taking the questionnaire. I really appreciate Alpha being available and super helpful!!

Too expensive and very hard to cancel. They have a skip for X months option but to cancel you have to go around and contact them. It just shows how ill intentioned it is.

Easiest way to get my asthma medication and they prescribed a daily inhaler which I’d never had before and it really really helped.

It's a good service for a birth control subscription. It costed less than my copay through my insurance. However, I didn't realize it was a subscription when I tried it so after I stopped after 1 month I was billed for another 3 month bundle unable to return it or get a refund. So if you ARE looking for a subscription and know exactly what you want this is a great service for you.
