So far my experience with telemedicine is working out very well.

Alpha provides amazing services that most other sites don't, however I do not understand how firstly I was charged for a doctor visit that I never set up and cannot receive my money back for. I was informed the policy has doctor visits under 'non refundable" but in my case $30 just disappeared from my bank account and now I'm being told I can't have it back. A customer service representative called me and basically rushed me off the phone trying to correct me on the pricing when I was never complaining about the price. I just want my $30 I never consented to be taken, back. I work very hard for my money...I am getting through school while I work abd I am divorced so $30 is alot for me. I dont have insurance which is why I use Alpha.

Alpha Medical has been amazing I helping with my road to being smoke free. Getting questions answered is easy and super fast. I will definitely be using them for future medical needs.

All facets of the service have been exceptional. I was hesitant at first but due to the current pandemic staying safe is my first priority and everything done online has been very professional.

I love it!! So convenient and reliable for me.
