Alpha has been a life changer. I reached out and got an answer back within a day. My NP answered all of my questions and I had medication I needed at my door a few days later. They check in, send you resources for outside help, and are super responsive!

I enjoy the ease and convenience of online ordering my Latisse. The quality and cost is the same as was from my doctor's office. Fun to receive little "gifts" as well. Also appreciate the heads up on the upcoming delivery and the ability to control the frequency.

Initial contact and everything went well. I hade a disagreement on the medication. First medication was sent anyway. I was told the second was being sent but two weeks later I have not received it or had any updated information on it.

I am so glad I discovered Alpha last year. It is a convenient and consistent way to get my medicine and any time I have a question, a nurse or doctor responds within a day. It is mailed directly to my house so I don't even have to pick it up at a pharmacy. I have started getting other items from them now. They have great prices on anti-aging and acne medicines.
