I'm super satisfied with the service I received and how easy getting my medications was. I really appreciate how simple Alpha Medical has made this process for me.

Alpha has been late on my antidepressants twice in the past four months that I’ve been a member. The help support is nice but not very timely with their responses. When asking to have my prescription to a local pharmacy since im now out again they said unfortunately I would just have to tough it out till who knows when. It is very convenient but the anxiety of running out of my medication consistently makes it not worth it.

Fantastic experience. For someone like me, addressing mental health concerns can feel insurmountable after getting off track. The ability to seek care from the privacy of my home, especially while isolating is incredibly valuable to me. Responses were expedient and communication was good. I really love how easy it is to get my migraine medication because I do not have insurance at this time. My only complaint is recently I ordered a kit which required a lab sample. After spending 30 minutes at the post office to drop it off ( you know New York City), I received an email from the lab company saying they sent the wrong kit. Now I have to do the process all over again and I’ll have to wait longer to alleviate my concerns.
